Building specifications: 29,503 sq ft of industrial space refurbished within Hangar 3 with an eaves height of eight metres.
The company relocated from Princes Risborough and agreed a 10-year lease on the refurbished Hangar 3 comprising 29,503 sq ft of industrial space.
This move allowed Total Carbide to remain in the County and was a great opportunity for them to tailor an existing building into an environment fit for their purposes.
Total Carbide is one of the European leaders in the design and manufacture of tungsten carbide wear parts. The company provides wear part solutions to a global customer base, mainly focused on the defence, aerospace, food, textile and medical industries.
The company was incorporated into Gloucestershire based Versarien plc (AIM:VRS) in 2013.
Development of 65,000 sq ft of Grade A factory and production space for garden room company Green Retreats.
A new gold standard national rocket test facility which allows UK companies and academics to fire up and test state-of-the-art space propulsion engines.
