In an exciting opportunity, Westcott Venture Park is on the lookout for a skilled Business Park Operations Manager. Reporting to the Site Regional Facilities Manager, this role involves strategic site leadership and a focus on enhancing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities of the role include overseeing the smooth running of the site, maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for customers, and ensuring operational excellence. The Operations Manager will serve as the main point of contact for external contractors, manage Health & Safety and Environmental Management, and implement a site-wide planned maintenance program.
Candidates for the position are required to have experience in maintenance services, management of security and cleaning staff, and setting up detailed record-keeping systems. Essential qualifications include NEBOSH Health & Safety certifications, with desirable skills including operational experience at a supervisory level and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
