Westcott Venture Park is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Property Administrator to support the management team in the day-to-day running of the park.
Anthony Wright brings with him over 11 years experience in the area of facilities management having previously worked for the BBC in White City and BP in Sunbury. His role is to provide an efficient and proactive administrative service, conducting viewings and undertaking initial negotiations with respect to minor lettings. Anthony will also organise building repairs, maintain site records and will ensure the HSSE is up to date.
Anthony says: "I'm really excited about taking on this key role at Westcott Venture Park and have spent the last few weeks introducing myself to as many onsite businesses as possible. This comes at an exciting time for Westcott Venture Park, which is currently developing a new grade A industrial scheme which is set for completion this summer. It's also great to be working so close to home when I am used to at least an hour and a half commute each morning."
